Launching with 6th grade and specialized career and college programs for 11th graders, we support high-achieving students, traditional learners, and those with moderate IEPs and 504 plans. Through our consultation and mentorship services, we also empower families with personalized pathways for success in academics, career exploration, college preparation, and entrepreneurship.

Microschool Founder

Ms. Meaghan J. O'Gilvie, B.S., M.A., is a dedicated educator, consultant, and advocate with over 15 years of experience in diverse fields, including higher education, healthcare, social services, and nonprofit organizations. Passionate about supporting underrepresented individuals, Meaghan has worked tirelessly to empower students, families, and communities, particularly in the areas of career development, academic success, and personal growth. She holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership: Human Resources from Claremont Lincoln University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a focus on Executive Coaching from Liberty University. Meaghan's leadership journey includes roles as the Chief Administrative Manager for Medical Student Scholarship at the University of Washington School of Medicine and as a Career Development Consultant at Manpower. She has also been an advocate for children and minorities, serving in educational settings such as City Year, Orange County Public Schools, Changing Lives Academy, and Hope Community Center.
