Gepre Henderson is an educational leader, instructional designer, and entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in special education, instructional coaching, and curriculum development. As the founder of BOSS Learning Academy, LLC, she is dedicated to student-centered learning, integrating personalized instruction and STEM-focused experiences to foster academic excellence, critical thinking, and self-determination. Her inclusive approach ensures that all students—regardless of background or ability—have access to high-quality, hands-on education.
Before launching BOSS Learning Academy, Gepre held leadership roles in education, specializing in training development for educators and leaders. She has extensive experience supporting diverse learners and coaching educators to enhance instruction. She holds a B.S. in Special Education from The Ohio State University and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University. Passionate about authentic learning and student empowerment, Gepre equips students and educators with the tools to thrive in an evolving world.
